Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy
We recommend you read this policy carefully. We want your online shopping experience to be fully satisfactory. If the purchased products do not meet your expectations, they can be returned* under the conditions below, and their value will be refunded.
General information regarding displayed products
The seller makes constant efforts to ensure that the information presented on the website is correct and up-to-date. However, minor differences may occur: images are for illustrative purposes and may include accessories not part of the standard package; product shades may vary; some specifications may be modified by the manufacturer without prior notice; or there may be typographical errors.

Return procedure
01. For a total or partial return of an order, a return request must be sent to contact@erthology.com.
02. After the request is registered, a representative will provide, within a maximum of 3 business days, all necessary information: confirmation of return acceptance, return method, return shipping address, and refund details. The response will be sent via email — please check your spam folder as well.
03. Refunds for returned products will be made by crediting the initial transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of the written notification of withdrawal from the contract, but not before the actual receipt of the products by the seller. In case of a full return, the refunded amount will also include the initial shipping fee paid by the customer.
◆ The cost of return shipping to ERTHOLOGY CORP S.R.L. is borne by the customer requesting the return.
◆ Products can be returned by any courier company chosen by the customer, according to the instructions received by email.
◆ In the case of partial returns, only the value of the returned products will be refunded, without refunding the initial shipping fee.
◆ Products must be properly packaged. ERTHOLOGY CORP S.R.L. assumes no responsibility for damages occurring during transport and reserves the right to refuse refunds for damaged products.
Right of withdrawal and legal exceptions
The right of return applies exclusively to products ordered and paid for online via the ERTHOLOGY CORP S.R.L. website. The provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 do not apply to legal entities or to persons who pick up products directly from the seller's premises.
According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
The consumer can notify ERTHOLOGY CORP S.R.L. in writing, by email at contact@erthology.com, of their intention to withdraw from the contract, within the legal term of 14 days. The seller will refund the value of the products within 14 calendar days, but not before receiving the returned goods.
Products excluded from the right of return
According to Art. 16 of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, products that by their nature cannot be returned or that can deteriorate quickly cannot be returned, such as:
Cosmetic or personal care products unsealed or tested
Unsealed food supplements, with damaged packaging or partially consumed
Baby products (milk, purees, juices)
Intimate hygiene products
Products that come into direct contact with the skin or mucous membranes (e.g., breast pumps, baby bottles, pacifiers, nipples, gloves, teething toys, underwear, disposable briefs, brassieres, bras, rectal thermometers, nebulizers, nasal aspirators, postpartum belts, diapers, toothbrushes, toothbrush refills, patches, etc.)
Decrease in value of returned products
According to Art. 14 para. (3) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer has the right to inspect the products to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in a manner similar to that allowed in a physical store. During the 14-day withdrawal period, products must be handled with care. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the product's value resulting from improper use, different from mere testing.
Causes of value decrease include:
— Using the product for a purpose other than testing
— Breaking seals or labels
— Damaging the original packaging
— Scratches, stains, dirt, or impregnation with external substances
— Unsealing consumable accessories
— Unsealing personal care products, cosmetics, baby products, or underwear
If, upon receipt of the return, signs of use are found that may affect the product's value, it may be sent to the supplier for evaluation. The decrease in value is determined based on reconditioning costs or the difference between the initial value and the resale value and can amount to up to 90% of the initial value.
Product warranty
For products covered by a legal warranty, the warranty certificate will be provided upon delivery. If defects appear during the warranty period, please contact us at contact@erthology.com, and a representative will inform you about the necessary steps to resolve the situation.
Processing of personal data for returns
If the return is accepted, ERTHOLOGY will draw up the necessary financial and accounting documents, in accordance with applicable law. The requested data may include: first name, last name, address, identity document series and number, bank account. This information is used exclusively for fiscal and accounting purposes.
Refusal to provide this data makes it impossible to process the return, even if the products meet the return conditions, as the company cannot comply with legal obligations.
