10 Third-Party Liability and Product Availability

In such cases, the client will be informed within the usual order processing time (up to 4 working days), either about delivery delays due to stock unavailability or about the cancellation of the order. In these cases, any amount withheld on the card will be released.

12 Return of Ordered Products
