How to use

·       Children (0–14 years): 1–2 capsules per day, in the morning, before breakfast.

·       Adolescents over 14 years and adults: 1-4 capsules per day, in the morning, before breakfast.

Daily use for at least one month is important to achieve a balanced digestive system.

Capsules can be swallowed whole with a glass of water or opened and mixed with water, non-carbonated juice, or liquid foods such as yogurt, then consumed immediately.

Liquids or foods should be below 25°C, preferably cold or at room temperature.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Precautions

·       Suitable for administration during antibiotic treatment, but administer at least 3 hours before or after the antibiotic.

·       Bloating may occur as the intestinal microbiome adapts to new bacteria.

·       No contraindications are currently known during pregnancy, but a doctor should be consulted before taking this or any other supplement during pregnancy.

Storage

Vivomixx contains live lyophilized bacteria, sensitive to heat, and should be stored in the refrigerator (2–8°C).

It can be stored for up to one week at room temperature (max +25°C), in its tightly closed packaging, protected from humidity and light, without affecting its quality.

Vivomixx Neo contains live lyophilized bacteria and should be stored in the refrigerator (2 to 8°C) to maintain the quality of the bacteria.
