How to use
Children (1–14 years): 1 sachet per day, in the morning, before breakfast.
Adolescents over 14 and adults: 1-2 sachets per day, in the morning, before breakfast.
Daily use is important to achieve a balanced digestive system.
The contents of a sachet can be mixed with water or non-carbonated juice or with liquid foods, such as yogurt, and consumed immediately.
The temperature of liquids or food should be below 25°C, preferably cold or at room temperature.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Precautions
· Vivomixx can be taken during antibiotic treatment, but it is recommended to administer it at least 3 hours before or after the antibiotic.
· Bloating may occur as a common side effect due to the adaptation of the intestinal microbiome to new bacteria.
· To date, there are no known contraindications during pregnancy, but a doctor should be consulted when taking this food supplement or any other food supplement during pregnancy.
Storage
Vivomixx contains live lyophilized bacteria, sensitive to heat, and must be stored in the refrigerator (4–8°C).
